Based in the Highlands of Scotland, Mind Ballet Soul offers avant-garde coaching in ballet and movement, without disturbing the integrity of traditional technique, so you can choose to dance recreationally for fitness and holistic wellbeing or aspire towards a professional career in the performing arts!
We specialise in Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Examination Syllabus and American Ballet Theatre's National Training Curriculum, as well as, MBS Signature classes in the Inverness and Nairn area.
